Congress MLA Rana Gurjit Singh inaugurates skin care centre in Kapurthala

• Dr Alka’s skin and health care a UK based health care brand claims to treat more than ten lakh skin patients in the world

Kapurthala Congress MLA Rana Gurjit Singh today inaugurated Dr Alka’s skin care a UK based international chain of skin and health care centre here .

After Inaugurating the centre, Rana Gurjit Singh said that skin care centre would solve the skin related problems of the local residents with help of advanced laser technology.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Alka Mehta a renowned dermatologist claimed that she had treated more than ten lakh patients in the world suffering from different skin problems which include skin caner, psoriasis, allergies of skin, Acnes and leucoderma patients through her chain of centres. She disclosed that her centres mostly in UK and India are equipped with latest world class laser machines like Pico-laser,Diode laser and laser for skin tightening to cure all types of skin related problems.

Dr Alka an Indian born after completing MD in skin care took premature retirement from government job 21 years ago opened health care centres in UK and now keen to open more centres in small cities in India to treat patients suffering from skin ailments at affordable charges.

Dr Alka an internationally acclaimed dermatologist has been awarded by Euorpean Medical Association in 2017 and recently nominated for Queen Victoria award during this year .

Rajiv Rai Chief Executive officer said that Dr Alka’s skin and health care centres would be opened in Delhi and Banglore soon.

The centre also organised free skin check up camp for two days at local centre.
